High stress environment, regular layoffs and reorgs leading to loss of tribal knowledge and lack of trust with leadership. Company has become more about the bottom line and serving the investors, rather than the customer and respecting lower level employees time and work life balance.

Hustle culture. Some departments have toxic culture. Pay is low on the scale of the median. Not appreciated or valued sometimes.

- average salary / bonus and very poor stock schemes for Director and above - no stock for Senior Managers / below - many leaders do not know how to lead and inspire well - it's all who you know for success - work / life balance is terrible - poor budgets so no travel allowed to meet team and build engagement - no trainings for employee development / promotion - common for org structures to change / shift atleast annually causing employee experience of many performance managers
