it’s not a bad places when everyone do their parts. the pay and benefits are not bad either
Cons
if you’re a younger person, they will make you work on the heavier jobs. since almost everyone is in their 50’s or older morning shift leaves the place a mess. like no boxes for the machine to put on, and the supervisor or hr doesn’t say anything. then they expect you to leave the place clean when the morning shift arrives. if you think working two machines is bad. just wait until they make you work with three. it’s rare but it does happen.
