They offer great pay as well as good benefits after 90 days.
Cons
Unfortunately, it's a very toxic work environment. You are expected to drive sales with little to no support at all. They can't ever seem to follow through with promises and it's a constant battle to have an upkeep in needed supplies and inventory needed to thrive.
Flexible scheduling, co workers, incentives in selling credit cards
Cons
Low pay and looks like you got a raise but they are just compensating when minimum wage raised up so basically getting paid the minimum even though I’ve been there for a while.
Hourly pay is O.K., and in fragrances the commission can be a great bonus especially around the holidays
Cons
Crazy hours, unsupportive managers, always understaffed. Spent so many shifts closing by myself and having to run around both fragrances & cosmetics to help customers!
