Pros
Good pay scale and great benefits, if you don't live in the area. The training and onboard process is very organized and professional. Lots of different opportunities to get all required training done with multiple sessions available based on your schedule. Great pension/401k Program.
Cons
The drive to get to work is long considering it is not affordable to live in Los Alamos, you technically have to drive in from other cities that have more available/affordable housing. Training cons- you have to come in on your off day, you do get paid but the drive is far, especially if you only have to be there for a couple of hours. Lots of complacency with employees who have been there for a long time and not being held accountable for their actions.
