Below average salary and benefits compared to the industry standards, little to no growth opportunities, you have to wait for a minimum of 2 yearly cycle even to be considered for a promotion no matter how good you perform. No ownership from the management, things get approved in their own sweet time, no urgency of getting things moving at an acceptable speed. No innovation or focus on products and customer seen as a priority. Still on legacy on prem SAP systems when the world is going AI/ML on cloud. And the CEO wants 4 days in office when the entire world can work remote because an employee's dog was barking on a call with customer...."Really"

- Managers care and most who work there are ethical, thoughtful, kind people - Some people get by doing the bare min, but if you work hard you have opportunities to grow and develop your career at Lennox

- Environment felt very stiff and formal (e.g. flourescent lighting, not allowed on the exec floor, cubicles) - 4 days a week in office - Health care and benefits were very minimal

- If u r a jing-jang for ur manager and Hr, u can survive - No care about employees, just creating a scene as if they care - Biased based on ur language and caste - Even if the employee is in an emergency, they care only about the work, not the employees - Flexible timings, which means u should work 24/7 - No hierarchy, which means u should put jing jang to all!!

No sense of urgency exists, few PD&R employees provide top-line benefit to the company, which led me to move on.

Harsh working environments (working on roofs during Florida Summer).
