STUDENTS- about 35-40% of my classes for kids/adults were inappropriate level. Sometimes not even close on the level.I would tell them constantly but ignored me and never responded or changed their level thus basically ripping students off. Many blatant grammar mistakes in their lessons and even when I tell them never correct them. When an in class problem almost never respond to the student or teachers request for help. From what students and parents told most teachers just boringly never deviated from scripted lesson plans nor correct students or adapt to their needs. Probably because of low pay they get low quality teachers in general TEACHERS— outrageous fines and tons of them. I could teach a full class but if they deemed something wrong they would not pay me and add a fine of up to double the class. So basically I paid them to teach it. I bet they also kept the money the student paid for the class. I get fined if cancel class less than 24 hours and higher closer to the time. But students are not fined and up to an hour before I get only 50% a few hours before I get zero. Hence teachers get a ton of cancellations as students have no repercussions. It’s too late by then to get a new booking so it’s lose lose for the teacher Basically almost zero communication with teachers and teachers treated with lack of respect. I got fired I assume with almost zero communication about it as suddenly my bookings stopped. They said I did something that hurt their reputation which is hilarious as their lesson plans are 35% inappropriate levels, often just weak ppt and bad grammar so it is them that hurts themselves but if teacher does something boom we are the bad ones. So many of the parents and kids or adults I had regularly respected the fact I did not teach like a robot and adapted the lesson to them but again it’s always our fault. They raised their prices too but not for teachers and that chased students away too. They bonus system they lowered to the point it’s a joke

It was good at first, but then they changed their strategy or something — I'm not sure. They paid teachers poorly and imposed strict regulations along with unreasonable, excessive penalties. My salary was deducted quite often, and I couldn’t get a solid explanation for it.
