Really welcoming. Attentive. Great competitive rates of pay. Great leadership. My team have made me feel at ease and apart of their team straight away. I couldn't of asked for a better welcoming.

In my time here now i can honestly say i have no cons to say about this company.

Work from home so you can take additional jobs. Never required to visit the office.

Remote makes it very detached from the management. No support, no drive and no guidance when needed. Poor pay, poor bonuses, generally bad management. No career progression. No ambition and outlook. Its amazing this company makes any money when everyone is on the fiddle.

Excellent range opportunities available across the many parts of the group. It is a growing company with a positive outlook. Good support given to me from senior leaders. A strong safety culture. Competitive salary and benefits.

Large organisation creating some silos and by the nature of the work projects are remote from business, but this is improving constantly.
