Get your hours cut and typically your opinions and concerns get ignored As well as not enough pay for the work load And to many people from an agency work here and reduce our hours and incentive pay

good health coverage, remote flexible hours

Lack of communication from onboarding team. Remote team milage reimbursement lacks flexibility in the type of car needed with large insurance packages required and doesn't cover basic coverage for monthly expenses. Lack of pay equality and transparency for hourly employees. Very little growth and opportunity to grow with this company.
