People in the Top hierarchy are not acting on the current toxic management. Constant bullying, no etiquette, management never took any management or team leadership course.

Shift flexibility, pick up extra shifts.

Low pay, bad rostered hours, inconsistent procedure and management, workplace harassment and bullying, you will be pressured to not take breaks because taking your break "isnt cool", you will be asked to arrive early and leave later than your allocated shift without additional pay, overworked, underappreciated, understaffed, understocked, underequipped, faulty equipment. List goes on really.

Nothing I can think of as a pro.

Management are terrible, bullying is frequent, and there is absolutely no consideration to staff wellbeing.

Good package and benefits, with a very favourable pension

Nepotism. No matter how hard you work, you'll have to leave to progress. Senior management favours their friends and inner circle clique. Outside of this they seek diversity over the best fit for a role.

Good work environment for young people

There is no career progression

Flexible shifts to suit all needs, young people at college or parents needing school hours. Can be a nice atmosphere depending on shift manager and team on shift.

Can be difficult due to skeleton staff shifts and shift managers who can't manage.
