Declining culture (Sold to Inspire Brands in 2019), niche market, declining customer base, brand model fluctuates (used to only sell sandwiches, and that's what we were known for, but we've added wraps, and now hot sandwiches in March 2025, which adds time to our order fulfillment, taking away from the company slogan "freaky fast")
