Good school culture between staff and students

Understaffed so current staff has a lot of roles

Start - up situation, therefore you have the chance to contribute and express your ideas in shaping the policies

- A lot of unnamed tasks or tasks coming your way in the name of "favor" - No clear communication (especially written), mostly assumption - No clear roadmap for professional development

Supportive environment and team work spirit

Not aligning with my career vision of being a project manager and work on large-scale projetcs.
