      Pros

Small teams, nice colleagues, great office.

Disagreeing to your manager will get you into a terrible position! You'll be picked on by everyone in management, they will act hostile toward you, and will not let your smallest mistake go unnoticed!

A Masterclass in How to Burn Through Talent

      Anonymous employee
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      - Market-rate pay - though they expect to own every waking hour in return. - Free lunch (strategically designed so you never leave the office). - Saying you work for a werewolf romance app never fails to get a reaction.

      Cons

      - One-man rule. Every decision, big or small, waits for CEO approval. - Question him once, and you’re gone - performance doesn’t matter. - Constant surveillance. Cameras everywhere. - Work-life balance is a joke; being on-call 24/7 is "rewarded." - Public image is shiny; reality is fear, turnover, and silence.
