What are meetings like at Inkitt?

      Inkitt reviews

Corruption and hostility disguised as professionalism

      Pros

The paycheck arrives on time, and a few decent coworkers make the misery slightly easier to bear.

      Cons

-Working here feels like being trapped in enemy territory where every move is watched and every mistake is weaponized. -Respect and honesty do not exist in this company. The leadership thrives on control, manipulation, and fear instead of teamwork. -The atmosphere is suffocating, filled with tension and distrust. People whisper to avoid being targeted, and meetings feel like ambushes rather than discussions. -Speaking up or sharing honest opinions is treated as an act of rebellion that gets punished immediately. -Management operates with pure deceit. Promises made during hiring vanish the second you start working. -Fair treatment is nonexistent, and transparency is a complete joke. Promotions, raises, and discipline are handled in secrecy and favoritism. -Certain individuals get away with anything, while others are publicly shamed for small mistakes. -Watching talented, hardworking people leave while unqualified, arrogant ones rise in infuriating. -The upper staff are a perfect blend of arrogance and ignorance. They talk about teamwork and innovation, but act like tyrants. -Feedback is crushed, and creativity dies under the weight of constant threats and retaliation. -The fear of becoming the next scapegoat keeps everyone silent and complaint. -Morale is shattered beyond repair because no effort, no matter how great, is ever recognized or rewarded. -The workplace feels less like a company and more like a prison for your spirit. -The stress never ends, and manipulation becomes so normal that you almost forget what fairness looks like. -Leaving is a relief but also a painful reminder of how much this place drains your confidence and dignity. If you value your self-respect and sanity, stay far away. No paycheck is worth enduring the cruelty and deceit that define this company.

      Never bored here

      Pros

You get real responsibility here, not fake “ownership.” People trust you to do your job and actually listen when you have ideas. I’ve learned more at Inkitt than in past roles because you’re constantly solving new problems instead of doing the same thing on repeat. The people are genuinely great. I trust my teammates, I like working with them, and I don’t dread meetings, which feels worth mentioning. There’s a strong sense that everyone is trying to build something meaningful, not just clock hours.

      Cons

You’re expected to be an adult. There’s not a ton of hand-holding, and things aren’t always perfectly defined.
