Everything else, management is salary and they take full advantage of that. I was working a minimum of 60 hours a week. Most of those hours were overnight and I was literally the ONLY employee working, doing every position.
Unequal treatment, nepotism on display. Coworkers can be catty and customers rude on busy days. Floor can get chaotic and without team support it can be difficult.
Sometimes good tips, had decent management for the most part besides the owner, half off on all meals

Absolutely awful pay, couldn’t have any peircings in my face which is awful because i was being paid $2.13 / hr, no health benefits, back breaking hours until midnight on some nights, exhausting schedules of morning - night - morning sometimes, barely made enough to pay only my power bill, couldn’t afford to get food most the time and starved bc of it
