No management whatsoever, no smart decisions made everything is rushed and forced with no planning. Retention of employees is abysmal and comical at this point

Not much cons as far general corporate work experience is concerned. One thing, sales team is highly competitive(but friendly), so if you aren’t competitive as an individual, you’ll not feel very well.

Great salary. Hours are nice. Benefits pretty good with private medical cover. Really good opportunity’s to progress within Hyperoptic. People are valued.

Basics can be missed. Very rarely get made aware of changes as they coming and instead are made aware of them the day before things change. Senior management for my department changes all the time and rarely feel they are engaged with anyone below management. Real disengagement between departments often
