What is working from home like at HonorHealth?

Salary, Benefits, Career Growth and Culture are great. I love the growth opportunities Honor Health offers, and the fact that they look to promote within first.

No work from home days for managers,

I don't think there is any Pros

No flexibility, unable to work from home or hybrid, there is no schedule change, it's a set schedule. Its very repetitive task. the environment is very dull, toxic, mostly older people work there. the only advancement is to become a Liaison, which is basically a CSR III, with more complex calls, Many people quit or have been fire during my time there. Due to the attendance, there is no flexibility with attendance. the PTO and PST, is earned.

Hiring bonus, lots of benefits including accident insurance that helped me a lot, set schedule, eventually able to work from home

My first annual raise was .14 This was in 2023 which is absurd. For being a locally-ran corporation it’s unfortunate they refused to be slightly flexible with my schedule so I could pick my kids up from school a couple times a week. I had to go part time or quit because of that. Larger corporations have been much more family friendly.
