What is the hiring process like at Hitachi Energy?

I have absolutely loved my summer working at Hitachi Energy in the Grid Automation BU. I enjoy the work I am doing--it's rewarding, engaging, and aligned with my interests. Everyone has been so welcoming and supportive, creating a wonderful work environment, where I am comfortable asking questions and contributing ideas. The company values are reflected in the day-to-day culture and decision making.

Only complaint was the lengthy hiring process, which required me to follow up a few times with the individual hiring.

Can take time to orient to the organization, technology and processes but the onboarding process is good.

Good name recognition compared to most in energy sector.

Hitachi Energy wasted a lot of my time and energy during an unproductive interview process. Twice the told me I was going to have another interview only to be told they are going in a different direction. This is cruel and unprofessional and you wasted my time.

1. Management should reconsider revising the salary structure as per the current situation for existing employees rather than hiring new freshers with a high salary package. 2. Allowance should not comes under taxation 3. Parental insurance premium is very high.
