Pros
Every person I have met has been warm, welcoming and eager to help.
The onboarding process was smooth and informative, and the training is tailored for each department with the understanding that people learn in different ways - some by seeing and doing, reading and watching training videos, etc.
The benefits are fabulous, and start on the 1st of the month after your start date (ex. If you started on January 18th, your benefits would kick in on February 1st.)
There are so many resources within the company as well, including physical fitness, mindfulness, mental health resources, guides to nutrition and so much more.
Typically, when people hear the word 'corporation', a flag goes up and the thoughts of "Everyone is expendable. Corporations do not care about their employees. Money over everything." come flooding in.
However, that couldn't be further from the truth here.
In fact, they are employee-driven, and not only can you see they care about their employees by the aforementioned benefits, but you can truly feel it - virtually, in-person and everything in-between.
Cons
That I did not find this company sooner.
