The pay on commission got changed a lot usually making it worse for the representatives.

You can make good commission money at a young age. Hours are flexible.

They do incentives in the summer months, however, even if you bust your butt off to meet those incentives they don't follow through with it. Very deceitful. We still haven't gotten our incentive from last year.
