      Toxic Workplace Culture

      Pros

If you want to be manipulated and have no career progression, this is the perfect place for you.

      Cons

I wouldn't recommend Fusable. The culture is a breeding ground for manipulation. Leadership is completely out of touch and seems more interested in maintaining their own image than supporting employees because there are too many non-qualified executives who previously worked at large corporations. The company culture is one of constant fear and micromanagement. Don't be fooled by the charm of the culture page on the website like I was. If you value your mental health and career progression, stay far away from this place.

      Pros

      • Some brilliant, collaborative people still hanging on • Remote work (probably the only thing leadership got right)

      Cons

Vision: Sure, the idea itself could work—but getting there? A mess. Full of half-truths, empty promises, and a complete lack of transparency. Leadership loves throwing around buzzwords but doesn’t actually communicate real strategy to the people expected to make it happen. Leadership: Removing the last CEO was a tiny step in the right direction. But the rest? Fire them all (except maybe one). They don’t care about employees or clients—just polishing up the company for a sale while wrecking the product, client relationships, and what was once an incredible culture. It’s now all about cliques, bullying, and fear. Vendors: Leadership keeps throwing money at vendors, supposedly to “disrupt” the market. Spoiler: It’s just wasted cash—nothing has gone to market, and instead of failing fast and moving forward, they double down on bad decisions. Oh, and there are some seriously questionable vendor relationships. This isn’t exaggeration—this place is toxic. Emotional abuse, lies, career-wrecking decisions, and clueless people pretending they understand data, products, or clients.
