      Pros

      - Great team of passionate colleagues - Ambitious plans to disrupt the market - Flexible approach to work - Supportive environment and well looked after

      Cons

      - Work to be done on removing red tape that can slow things down

      Pros

People aside from a few are really nice and diverse

      Cons

Company is owned by a Cassino which makes some weird decisions. All terminations are handled poorly. It does not pay well.

      For now, an amazing experience

      Business outlook

      Pros

Great salary, respectful and very experienced team, lots of space to deploy industry-standard solutions and to also create new stuff. Very result-driven and somewhat fun people. Lots of great tools are being used and the language choices and architecture of the games are pretty much on-spot. There are always things to improve but overall the code is easy to navigate and add to.

      Cons

Leadership is weird and somewhat far but I have experienced much worse in the past. There's also this feeling that Sr. Engineers are going to start giving out orders because of their seniority, as team leaders do sometimes, but for now, I have only experienced people who usually listen and suggest, instead of command. Myself, while being senior, didn't find anyone to be too reliant on their role to suggest a solution. The current Brazilian health benefits are very bad. All of the services are based in Londrina and there are very few good options for health care and dental care in other states. Health care is the special culprit here for it's the worst among all benefits. Also, the payment for the home-office benefit is weird. Home office stuff is paid every 3 months.

      Cons

A lot of process and documentation for a company of its size.

      It's a great company

      Operations manager
      Current employee
      Barcelona

      Business outlook

      Pros

Awesome start-up atmosphere and opportunities, while also having a lot of perks you usually get in an established company. Huge opportunities for growing and building from scratch. You get to work with great, experienced people and some of them are absolute legends in their craft. Good, mature leadership that is committed to doing things differently. It's a truly remote, global company - which means you get a lot of flexibility but you also have to own your time management.

      Cons

No company is perfect and there are always things that can be improved, eg around employee support (IT, People functions I think still have a lot to demonstrate). Yet management is very open to feedback and once they identify different gaps they will take actions to improve.

      Pros

I could not ask for a better team to work with. We are very well aligned on goals and strategies across the entire company. Those goals push us to define strategies that make every person here feel part of the process to bring games to market. We are encouraged here to voice our opinions at every level and have our say. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else right now.

      Cons

There are times when I get lost in corporate paperwork and tracking. This can be discouraging at times. I try to carve out time in my day to process the paperwork, ensuring it gets done without too much injury.
