Very open and friendly environment. They provide a lot of opportunities to learn and grow within the company, and well as fostering an environment of acceptance and positivity.

I have seen some issues with a higher level manager that pushed their teams too far and caused massive turnovers in their dept, but the senior management team was quick to analyze and rectify the situation.

Flynn Group is a great company and has lots of opportunities to grow.

I have not experienced any cons to working with this company has been a great experience.

There is no shortage of professional growth opportunities. As the company continues to grow, the opportunities for advancement also grow. Flynn has a great culture and is full of people that genuinely care about each other.

This is a company that genuinely cares for its people. I have been really impressed with the operational excellence at Flynn group. Training was thorough and you receive a lot of support from peers as well as upper leadership. This is a growing company with tons of career advancement opportunities, and they love to promote from within!

The interview process can be lengthy. They want to make sure you are the right fit, but the process can take 7+ weeks.

Flynn Group has been yet by far the best company i have worked for in my career. The environment is friendly, and my coworkers are great. I have been challenged throughout my career with Flynn, which has helped me grow tremendously. Everyone is so helpful and will take time out of their day to answer any questions or just to help out in any way that they can. Flynn has flourished since i started almost 7 years ago and we keep continuing to grow which opens up a lot of opportunities.

I have honestly not run into a con yet!

Working at Flynn Group has been an amazing experience; the company culture and its employees are phenomenal. Everyone here is kind, helpful, and enthusiastic about working together as a team. I feel like I learn something new daily and there is an abundance of opportunity to grow within your career. The work life balance is great! They want you to use your PTO and don't expect you to work longer than you have to, all that matters is you are getting your work done efficiently and meeting your deadlines. I go to bed in the morning not dreading the next workday, in fact I wake up happy to go to work even when I know it is going to be a long, busy day. I am so grateful that I work for this amazing company.
