What is working from home like at Floor & Decor?

Work from home Mon -Fri only, 8a-5p All major holidays off

Current management doesn't like to listen if your thoughts don't conform to their agendas, even if beneficial over all.

Good work environment, Good training. Great staff and good home and work life balance.

Can be a bit stressful when it gets really busy and customers start to give attitude.
