      Pros

I started at $18.55/hour, which is decent for basic warehouse work. The hiring process was very easy; no interview required, they also didn't require a resume. I started work about two weeks after my application.

      Cons

Career advancement seems limited, especially if youre coming in as a seasonal worker. Full-time hours can be hard to come by depending on the needs of the facility and job position. Shift times are subject to change: start times are often changed to be earlier or later than normal, and we continue working until all parcels are loaded; so during a slow day you may go home early, but during a busy day you may leave an hour or two after your expected end time. Its physically demanding work: you're moving heavy boxes in a warehouse for your shift.

      Pros

Easy to apply, fast to get hired (no interview process) and the pay

      Cons

Very rude management, lack of care for safety, no drinkable water (all filters are in the red and have been since I started) They have cameras everywhere and are constantly watching you but say you can’t bring your own phone in because “people steal them”? There is junk everywhere. Lots of trash everywhere (employees drinks and food). They want you to work and eat on the line instead of giving you breaks to do so. They get upset when you use the bathroom or fill your water bottle even if you’ve been working for 3 hours straight but if you clock in at an area 2 min walking distance from your work area you’re “stealing time” I’ve noticed people of color get treated differently. The HR department has some of the most prejudice employees so there’s no real equality if you have conflict with someone. I’ve never been, but it feels like a prison to go in and out of the building and lastly you don’t work a consistent schedule. You leave when they say you can.

      Business outlook

      Pros

Job is relatively easy. No micromanagement. Good benefits. Friendly co workers and management.

      Cons

Not many options in terms of moving up. Underpaid. Slow pay increases that are timed and not merit based. Every interview uses premade questions and bar interview format that in my opinion makes interviews too strict and unnecessarily more difficult instead of focusing on asking questions to get to know the interviewee in better detail. Lower positions i.e. package handler making same or more than me per hour.

      Pros

The interview yielded same-day results with not too many questions but required some experience. I appreciated the flexibility of the hours – from the time you start to when you finish. If you work efficiently, you can get home early.

      Cons

As mentioned above, the only time that doesn't apply is after the holiday, as online is always accessible. Therefore, when you return after the holiday, you may not find it to your liking.
