Pros
Some great coworkers, decent wfh options, standard tech benefits and in-office amenities are good, though inconsistent by region
Cons
Bigoted and largely unqualified leadership. Relationships are everything here. You may be the only qualified person in the room or team, but if you didn’t karaoke till 2am and suck up to folks then you won’t be respected, much less get responses to your emails. Decisions are made based on bias and the boys club, not on merit or outcomes. The higher up you are, and the whiter you are, the more likely you are to succeed. Very disappointing because this company has great potential to be something amazing, but leadership refuses to make meaningful culture change or commit to fixing the broken systems, instead focusing on new processes and products when there are larger detrimental issues at play. Aside from all of that, getting things done is an absolute nightmare. Everything moves at a snails pace. Career development isn’t standardized or even visible, so unless your manager likes you you won’t even know what you need to do to excel.
