Good pay, great healthcare benefits, cool campus, delicious food onsite, impactful work, lots of learning opportunities
Cons
Terrible work from home policies, huge workload, very little work life balance, unrealistic expectations, SEVERE lack of transparency with pay/ranking structure
The company is known for hiring kids fresh out of college and burning them out within 2 years. While the pay is great, they definitely expect a lot of work from you.
Working with smart people, good pay, great healthcare/insurance, fast learning, pushes you, gives you ownership fast, feedback culture
Cons
Very fast paced, experience here is largely determined by your TL/customers/mentors/advisors/team so experiences here are very very varied, culture can be considered cult like
The pay is good, the cafeteria is impressive, working on great products that help a lot of people, working with a lot of impressive people.
Cons
You're always overworked, with frequent gaslighting that you aren't working hard enough or long enough. Administration is very opaque about decision making. Very little done to address potential discrimination in employee treatment and wages. TS work in particular is very isolated with little interaction with coworkers. Almost no options to work from home.
