What is working from home like at Enlyte?

      Enlyte reviews

      Decent

      Senior case manager
      Former employee
      Anaheim, CA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

The pay was decent for my assigned account. Good benefits package, work from home, decent equipment and business resources.

      Cons

Employee experience directly linked to client assignment. Some clients had very reasonable workflows and work loads. Some clients required non-value-added busywork and restrictive billing allowances that created billable time deficits that the nurses had to overcome with increased work.

      No work-life balance

      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      Remote 100% work from home.

      Cons

High caseload Mangers are awful - constant micromanagement Toxic work environment

      Good company but

      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Able to work from home and plenty of overtime available

      Cons

Mandatory overtime and hard to use PTO when it always gets denied

      Do not do it!

      Telephonic nurse case manager
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

You work from home. However, the job turns your home life upside down. No peace or rest at your work from home job.

      Cons

Pay is awful. Raises are 2%. You sit at your desk and work 12 hours a day non-stop. Caseload is 75-85. When you ask for help, your told to ask your coworker who has 70 cases. You have anywhere from 10-15 states that you need to be familiar with WC laws. When you are off, you still get admissions. So taking off is not worth it.

      Cons
