It’s a paycheck, that’s it.

Leadership is constantly changing and has zero direction nor do they have any communication. Expect to work after hours every day. Management looks out for themselves only, expect zero support and growing your career path. There is no 401(k) match and they claim it’s because they have exceptional healthcare benefits for employees. Their healthcare benefits are no different than any other company. Just another example of how the company does not contribute to their employees.
