Emapta is an australian company. I've been employed in one of their accounting client. My experience so far in the past 4 months is great. Having a 100% full work from home is awesome. I can do both my work and family responsibilities. Plus I don't need to go through traffic commute. Also, there is opportunity to visit office for a change of ambiance, mingle with others and do fitness in gym.

There is still need room to improve for retirement benefits and performance bonus. I think my client is currently working on it. Usually, the client pays for it not emapta.

I would like to recommend this company to my family, friends and former colleagues because of the great compensation and benefits they offer. Also, I am grateful for the opportunity to permanent work from home set-up. Just received the Emapta customized laptop with monitor and accessories.

I had to wait for three weeks upon Signing of Contract before my official start date in work. But I think, it's all worth it.

Above market salary offered and permanent work from home set up, that are rarely offered these days, since more and more companies are reverting back to onsite set up.

It would be nicer to have additional benefits like pension plans and insurances.

People are very kind and warm. Shout out to my recruiter Miss Kristelle who's been very patient and very hands on through out my application. There was indeed a very long wait time but they make sure to keep you updated all through out the process and always answers your questions. Leadership people also made sure to warmly welcome you to the company. I'm also lucky to have my CSM Christie. She is very kind and approachable. Offer is competitive. Though they are agency, they will not let the clients lowball you. They have gone 2 negotiation until we met halfway which was really nice. I may not know what they do in the background but it seems that they are really working on getting you a good rate based on your skills which I really like. Hopefully I'll be moved to full time so I can also get to have their benefits like HMO :) They also provide you the equipment so for those who would like to work from home but doesn't have the means to do so due to lack of equipment, you can never go wrong with Emapta. I know that I am just new with the company , but they really made a good first impression.

Not really con but maybe something that they can improve specific on the onboarding team. There's just some delay on the response if you ask them questions related to your requirements which is I believe critical documents that needs to be addressed especially if the employee is nearing their start date. I know that they are processing a lot of applications and other stuff. It could have just been better if there is a prompt and timely response. but all in all, the company is really great.
