What is a typical working day like at Einstein Bros. Bagels?

The pros working at Einstein Bagels is that they close early. You never have to worry about working at night. I loved that about Einstein Bagels.

Free food and drink at our location, but this is not company standard. Advancement opportunities for team members. Fairly easy job. Business hours allow you to have your entire afternoon free.

Limited advancement past baker or shift lead. Pay does not match other businesses in the area, or rent in the area. Minimal to no parking at our location. Tips on cards are limited to $3 no matter what the transaction amount is, severely limiting tip potential. Lack of communication from anyone above a shift lead. Medical benefits cover very little, and cost $60-250/month.
