      Pros

Great hiring process and wonderful offer.

      Cons

They offered above the midline but not all the way to the top range. It is a transparent process which is so rare nowadays.

      Pros

Great team, great work environment, really amazing to work with. Feels like a family environment.

      Cons

Not much opportunity for growth in this office since it is a small office, but this was clearly disclosed during the interview process, so it's 100% not their fault.

      Pros

Salary and flexible benefits, product learning, on site travels

      Cons

Irresponsible managers, female count inclined recruitment is fine, but skills should not be a concession. Managers are not taking criticism properly, they are taking it for ego.

      Pros

Fl Multiple business units with opportunities for growth Depending on the role and business unit -Incentive plan -flexible work

      Cons

Opportunities for management to develop leadership capabilities Best salary received as a new hire Some commercial roles are not in an incentive plan

      no possibility to grow

      Inside sales representative
      Former employee

      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Family friendly attitude, they can be flexible if you have personal issues. Fix position, no way that you will be fired. Hybrid work is good

      Cons

Everybody knows about the problems but nothing changes. The management is rigid, they dont consider new ideas. They prefer let go and hire new people than fix the old problems. Employees with 1 year long contract meet disadvantage (like bonus etc.) Lot of burned out people working there, they are tired of everything but who knows why the ydont change..

      Cons

Its challenging for managers to hire talent with the skills and experience for this industry. It's difficult to get help.

      Good Culture But Low Pay

      Senior systems engineer
      Current employee
      Grand Rapids, MI
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Easy-going and positive culture. People are genuine and it's truly an inclusive environment. Good work-life balance and possible to negotiate a flexible hybrid schedule.

      Cons

Significantly underpaying employees compared to market rates. Slow to promote even with great performance reviews and my manager as an advocate for me (promotion requires multiple levels of approval). Scrapped the employee bonus and I doubt it's coming back. Despite being a highly successful and profitable company, they're CHEAP and are losing talent because of it. My group's projects are being complicated and held back by inexperience of many new individuals replacing those familiar with the products and processes who are leaving. If you're considering an offer, NEGOTIATE hard up front, including at least 3 weeks of vacation.

Unflexible and does not pay employees well

      Hr generalist
      Current employee
      Budapest
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Young community, ok atmosphere, good onboarding process

      Cons

Hr team is unprofessional but they think they are the top of the world. Unflexible hybrid work, 3 office days per week is a nightmare. High expectation, low salaries. The new hires get always more than the employees already working there for years …
