The trajectory of this company has been going downhill for the past 5 years. Ownership has made bad business decision after bad business decision & 100% of the effect is felt by everyone below them. Everyone works to fix the problems they make, and then once we catch momentum, they create another colossal mistake. The pay isn't great, the benefits are bad & morale gets lower and lower.

Very supportive supes, pay is good, everyone is very approachable.

Schedule is not fixed. You only have 2 days off in every cut off but it's okay if you love money.

No permanent work schedule, always changing shifts.

Reliable hours and flexibility. Set your own schedule. Not hard work, but still mentally draining.

The pay is bad, even for a remote job. Some of their rules are unreasonable, and frustrating. Its tedious. Also getting cussed out by someone on an almost daily basis eats at you after a while.

easy money even though wage is low, flexible schedule

cancelled shifts, lots of getting hung up on or people cursing you out for calling

they're mostly for work from home setup, seasonal account but really good pay during elections in the US. 6 hour full shift and after the full 6 hour full shift, you get overtime afterwards.

Overworked, it really depends on the wire or team management you're in.

salary is too low and not competitive in the current market

Gained some great Outbound Call-Center experience for a better job.

Micromanagement, and they show favoritism to certain employees. Very low salary for the amount of work to be done. They kept complicating the work by making stricter rules and regulations to be followed.

Did not enjoy anything about the role

Poor work culture, stressful, low pay
