- Management does not allow for remote work despite HR policy allowing 1 day WFH. The work can be done remotely but management keeps finding excuses to forbid remote work.
- Career advancement does not reflect merit or capability. It is based on how long you have been working in DSO and whether you are close friends with the management.
- Communication from management to ground staff is often delayed, which slows down responses to the project team and affects our ability to meet deadlines. Unfortunately, the blame tends to fall on the team instead of addressing the root cause, while management remains largely disengaged.
- Management often communicates in a condescending manner and criticises work harshly without offering constructive feedback or guidance for improvement
