Pros
None. (I’m being brutally honest — there are absolutely no pros.)
Cons
A textbook example of micromanagement — every minor decision is overcontrolled and questioned. Inexperienced and unprofessional senior management. Especially the EVPs and SVPs in India — completely out of depth, lacking vision or leadership skills. They report to C-level officers who believe they know everything and refuse to listen to reason. Zero empathy. The word doesn’t exist in their culture. No fixed work timings — expect calls and tasks at all hours of the day and night. Toxic environment filled with humiliation, disrespect, and politics. No appreciation or recognition for hard work. Fake announcements and empty promises from leadership to keep employees hanging. Salary scam: Variable pay and bonuses are a myth. You’ll be promised incentives you’ll never see. Tech teams are exploited. 24/7 availability is a baseline expectation. Many employees suffer from stress, hypertension, and burnout — management doesn’t care. HR is useless. Complaints go nowhere, and politics thrive unchecked. Bottom line: This is the worst company to work for. Don’t join under any circumstance — unless you’re ready to lose your peace of mind and your health.
