What is the company culture like at Coface?

pay is average, promotion progress similar to government; work-life balance is good (at least for my team)

processes are similar to government style; pay is also average or slighly below average at best; bonus is not great; culture is highly dependent on individual teams and higher management within the team itself

Unrealistic expectations and toxic managers

Experienced senior managers willing to include and mentor up and coming high achievers. Had built a stable reputation

Risk appetite changes based on group and regional directives (inconsistent local authority), tired management at local level, incoming staff are outside of the culture driven internally. You are invested in if you are male, white and deemed a high achiever with or without results to back that up.

I liked work at coface in spain, teams is very sympatic

it can be sometimes a too big company to develop yourself

Very positive and friendly culture on the job. People are relaxed and collaborate together well to achieve common goals
