- training is terribly organised - due to poor planning workload is very inconsistency - all of your colleagues are remote so asking questions and communication isn’t always great

Joined Clario as a Product Owner and progressed to Senior Product Owner, which reflects the company’s ability to recognize performance and create internal growth opportunities. My experience has been positive, with exposure to complex healthcare technology products, global stakeholders, and meaningful work that supports clinical research and patient outcomes. The journey from PO to SPO helped me strengthen ownership, stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and leadership skills. There is good scope for people who consistently deliver results, take initiative, and handle cross functional collaboration well. Teams are generally supportive, and the work environment encourages learning and problem solving. Like any evolving organization, priorities can change and processes can be layered, but for professionals who want career progression based on merit and contribution, Clario can be a rewarding place to build a long term career.

No major cons to highlight. Strong learning environment, supportive teams, and clear opportunities for growth if you take ownership and perform consistently.

Having off Christmas week was great.

Used to be a great company to work for and there were a lot of very knowledgeable people. But the culture changed. They have succumbed to being a company that supports India and Puerta Rico for employment and has over looked the dedication of its American employees by outsourcing. Diversity is one thing homeland slaughter is another. Don't look for career advancement unless you know someone and have a college degree.
