Pros
Full remote job. They were ready for being remote and WFH was a common occurance even before Covid hit. The technical leadership, is great. There a good practices set up all around allowing autonomous teams to write code at lightning pace. No work messages on what's app ever. Don't remember having to work on a weekend ever.
Cons
Too much churn in teams and leadership. Business priorities, don't clearly drill down to the teams doing the work. Middle product managers and owners are not doing a good job.
