Sunday off was nice. I would say I had ( for the most part) a great team.

Where to begin. Salary manager positions were a revolving door. Littered with incompetence and shady ethics. Don't count on being promoted from within even if you are qualified and several positions are open. I knew way to much about my District manager's love and personal life. There were some really great GMs in the company but in my personal experience it's rare. The professionalism was 50/50. The business execution was shaky. It was unstable and way more stressful than it should be. Work life balance was almost non existent and they are willing to risk your safety in extreme weather conditions where driving is impossible. I was threatened by an assistant manager and nothing was done about it. I went in everyday worried about how this manager would act. He followed me outside and screamed in my face and got close to me in an aggressive manner several times before he quit. He also prevented me from taking breaks. Sometimes not getting a break at all or a break so late I might as well have just left early. I'll say this I ran two stores by myself with little to no help twice for extended amounts of time trusted to do salary manager work without proper pay or recognition. .I don't know how every chicken salad chick operates but the Atlanta district is not the move.

Greedy company. Obsessed with making bonuses as hard to hit as possible. Takes away befits a lot. And hr is full of rude idiots. CEO literally lied about not opening on Sundays and said it would never happen. While he was actively working on opening the company on Sundays.

Good pay. Your tips from the week were usually enough to cover the taxes that come out of your paycheck.

Very toxic workplace. Management had clear favorites, no matter their work ethic. Unfortunately, someone that was a manager's favorite said that I made a comment that I did not make, and was then terminated because of it. After reaching out to the franchise owner, I received no response at all aside from she wanted to act like the issue did not happen. They may seem like a good company, but stay far away from it.

Laid back, friendly people, easy tasks to complete.

Short shifts, many seasonal hires, low pay with no raises after many years in the job
