What is the salary like at Cardinal Group Companies?

Cardinal offers so many things. They offer a lot of support. For example, I was just promoted to the LMTL and I was placed in a group chat, given a coach, and received one-on-one full-on training for a week before starting the position. They didn't want to leave me high and dry and I have so many people I can reach out to if I am struggling. They offer good pay and great time off. There are also so many ways to grow in Cardinal and amazing opportunities. I will be sent to Denver for a week to receive training on HQ jobs and leasing in general.

Not many cons to this job, it will get hectic at times and you will be busy but I love it!

I’ve really loved working at this company and with the people. It’s been a positive experience overall and I feel a high level of job security.

The pay is not what it should be for the amount of work, but the people and high trust environment has made it worth the low pay. CEO is okay, but in general senior leadership is questionable. The senior leadership really drives the success of this company and when good people are in charge you can tell and when bad people are in charge you can really tell.

Allowed to make my own decisions on most all day to day operations. Good pay. No micromanaging for the most part. Great support and resources, once you figure the proper way to access the information.

Regional Maintenance Supervisors are overloaded. Navigating the processes and how to utilize them.
