What is the salary like at Canada Goose?

great leadership at the store level, fairly competitive pay, generous discount policy

lots of changes at the corporate level during my time at the company (restructuring, downsizing, etc) which caused confusion for store level employees, minimal benefits unless you’re full time

The company is doing exceptionally well and is definitelly one of the better employer in the region with high salaries in this industry.

Missing processes and structure overall

Decent pay, nice office, brand recognition on CV, insight into fahsion world, good employee product purchase programs. Majority of people there seemed decent people.

Not much work culture, difficult to be confident in leadership re: mass layoffs, lots of structural and team changes as well as lots of leadership changes at top in recent times. Company seems to be in a state of change (for better or worse) currently, resulting in low confidence in retaining employment there.

Good salary, great benefits, great perks, HQ is amazing

Bad leadership & training, micromanagement, no accountability, clique culture, workload management is off

Nice office and free donuts on Friday
