Pros
The interview was great and the staff were helpful. There is a small quiz they make you take but it’s really basic things about teaching. The students were great and it’s a fun experience. It helps you gain skills with teaching. The payment is low but it’s really easy work. For those who have been in the industry you’ll understand.
Cons
The biggest issue I have is classes online can be canceled right before the start of the class. So you can be prepared to teach and suddenly the class is canceled which makes it difficult to follow their schedule. In person lessons are rare. support for career/full time is not available but I strongly believe they need to offer full time opportunities for international staff when it comes to marketing, management, and HR. It’s a lot easier for foreign staff to go there for help.
