Does there seem to be diversity at Cactus Club Cafe?

> Cactus really strives to build a strong team culture > High employee retention, a lot of staff have been with the company longterm > Cactus tends to promote from within for roles both in the restaurant and into head office

> Staff food is only discounted during your shift or 1 hour before/after but often they'll still discount outside of these times > IMO diversity and inclusion is still a work in progress but even in my 4 years I've seen a lot of improvement

-good coworkers -50% off one meal same day you’re working

-no diversity -management wont allow you to progress you if you report discrimination -managers with huge egos who don’t care about their team, just their next Italy trip.

The only pro I ever truly found about working at this place was only the amount of income you can generate. Tips will be your one and only motivating factor.

The workplace is toxic, racist, and unsupportive. They have their employees walking around freely speaking about the race of other employees and openly admitting their racism towards certain cultures and races. There is a hierarchy system that is clearly present as they do not value the opinions of new employees even when they are the ones being bullied by the preexisting staff. The supervisors are the worst part, they have this disgusting sense of entitlement and refuse to do their actual jobs on shift and get upset when you ask them for help. Overall this was the worst workplace culture I've ever had to work through.

-toxic -management bullying -misogyny -favouritism -uncomfortable at work -customer is always right even when they are abusing staff

A well-known brand that consistently brings people in the door.

Favoritism runs rampant causing tension behind the scenes.
