      With all the overtime it was decent pay. Getting paid weekly was awesome. The other warehouse associates were great to work with.

      Cons

      Be warned. If you're a minute late you will get fired no matter what. Lots of mandatory overtime. I don't recommend working here if you have a family. I had a coworker that needed to leave early because of an emergency. They said if they leave they'll fire them and they were forced to quit. None of the people I started out with stayed after a couple weeks. They have a zero tolerance for phones. I had a coworker that had their phone in their back pocket and was screamed at. However, none of these rules apply to leads or management. I was so shocked after I left and went to another company when I was treated like a person. Only work here if you want good money and no work life balance or flexibility. They will exploit you.

      Pros

      Great coworkers and customers with decent pay. Cabela's worked well with my schedule. Same level outfitters had each other's back, and with one notable exception the team leads were also fantastic people and leaders.

      Cons

      Management cares more about selling the club card than selling inventory or the customer experience. They would print and highlight reviews talking about poor customer service while ignoring the reviews understandably complaining about being pressured into getting the club card. Benefits are designed to appeal to short term employees, it seemed like long term outfitters were less appreciated by corporate.

      I like the atmosphere and the people. It was a fun job. You get to see many different products come in and unload trucks.

      Cons

      The pay was really not great for a 40hr a week job. The benefits were expensive too.
