Pros
There used to be many, but for now I'll say the water machine, and occasional bottom of the rack snacks in the pantry to substitute for lunch hour
Cons
They have this private bonus structure where you never know how it's calculated, but you're given random figures every quarter. There are no lunch breaks, leaving the property is impossible. If 100 people walk through the door one minute to closing, you can't leave until all patients have been seen. Management is poor. Ancillary staff are treated like and paid like dirt. You're told you'll work at 1-3 locations but in any given schedule can be at 6 locations, none close to home, paying tolls etc. you're told anything to get through the door and there's a 90 day resignation clause. Pay is very low now, now that they've been bought out by village MD all the previous perks are non existent. There's very low morale. Finding employees is so difficult they're hiring these doctors straight out of residency, who are not confident in their practice at all. There's no room to grow. Management will hear your complaints and do nothing about them. And you're forced to work two weekends a month which is too much.
