Pros
The pros were of course that the managers were sweet and understanding if you had any concerns or emergencies, at least at my location. Good hours and the pay is insanely good for what you do, it really makes up for everything. You don’t need to talk or assist customers unless you’re helping with fitting rooms or register.
Cons
You will feel like you put in more work than others. Some of the girls are so lazy, even key holders. They just stand around and talk and get away with it while other girls are working to keep lines short on fitting rooms and register. So much drama and talking bad about co workers is so normalized. We needed to receive multiple warnings on gossiping.
