MASSIVE favoritism, occasionally lazy and entitled management, way too much overtime (every 8 hour shift turn to a 9.5-10 hour one), strict

Brandy is great because it's all about the clothes and crowd control of the store. We are not required to help customers (Or even be nice to them), sell, or make small talk. It's a great team environment with 20+ girls on shift at one time.

Gossip and drama between coworkers is a daily con. Keyholders and Assistant managers make the same as Sale Associates with no pay raise for more work.
