Modern technology stack that gets updated on regular basis. Quite complex technical challenges. Good atmosphere and budget for courses and certificates. If you want, you can contribute in various areas: technology, processes, documentation, best practices of scrum.

Requires quire frequently long office hours to communicate with US teams.

Tough sell against free solutions (can be good training if early in sales career), reps in SMB are struggling to hit quota, advertised as being able to grow career- but people get stuck in roles, tough for internals to move up, and pay isn’t competitive at SMB level against other companies

Wonderful learning environment that encourages skill building at all levels. Provides lateral & upward mobility, and encourages employees to use their resources to achieve career goals. Genuinely feel like our team's managers have a finger on the pulse and want to make work better for everyone.

Not as much pay as other organizations. The trainings on workplace decorum tend towards cursory and shallow (very norm-centric).

Product is niche based and for specific users who need data secured

Very sophisticated technology to work with, very skilled colleagues and great upper management, good compensation and benefits, great office and location, bright future ahead because of AI adoption

late meetings with US, lots of information noise, knowledge scattered in numerous places, hard to understand the product because of it's complexity, some of the internal trainings are crappy and useless

- office space - overall talent pool - software engineering processes at top level

- missing opportunities of skills development - some projects are based on 10+ year old assumptions with really ancient technologies - company doesn't seems to progress anymore
