I found this agent on FB, they offered me a job, which I had to start the next day. It was last minute, someone has dropped out of the job last minute. So, I took the job. I went there for induction, and got to the job site securely. The process was smooth. However, the workload was massive, the manager was indifferent and did not bother to get to know me or even bother to know my name, because I worked with the agency. The environment was hostile. Massive worked was dumped on me on the first day, and I had no experience. I did not connect with other colleagues, as they clearly drawn a line between employees who worked for the company and employees who worked with the agency. Poor communication, and I arrived on site at 7am, and the manager did not even bother to let me go for a break until 12pm, and I had to ask her.
