Pros
Many friendly and intelligent people work for the company. At one point, they had great benefits, but started taking many of those away due to "cost".
Cons
The leadership is awful. Working at Bestow is very much a popularity contest, and when you make someone mad, you are out of the club.
Most everyone is doing the job of two to three people, which is not scalable in the long term. The company's HR people are snarky know-it-alls who should not be working in HR.
The company itself changed business models multiple times, which led to layoffs and lots of churn.
I would advise to steer clear of the company no matter what department you work within. Some departments have turned their teams over 2-3 times,
