How is management perceived at Beaver Home Services?

The employees are good management is horrible.

Owner is greedy tells one one thing then tells someone else the opposite. There’s no communication. Owner is always panicking over something. We literally didn’t have internet and forget about overtime pay after working overtime. Rumors and the roofing takes for ever. Owner hires non roofers no experience has them laying and tearing roofs.. no professionalism at all.

Nothing at all. The owner, his daughter, and the rest of management are some of the most disgusting humans I’ve ever been around.

No one there has morals, or integrity. Find a reputable roofing company to work for.
